Can they answer customer calls?
Call handling can form part of the agreed role and working hours. Define the script, booking rules and escalation contact. Emergency response and round-the-clock cover are not included by default.
Can they create quotes and invoices?
They can prepare drafts using information and prices you provide. Technical estimates, discounts and final approval stay with your business; banking authority is outside this role.
Is this suitable for occasional overflow work?
The service is built around an ongoing assistant. Share your typical weekly workload so we can confirm suitable hours and minimum commitments. It is not an on-demand answering service.
